More and more of our patients have dental insurance and many policies differ according to benefits their employers choose. In order to simplify the process of billing insurance our policy is as follows:
We require that our patients take full responsibility for the payment of their dental services. We can assist you with your billing of reimbursement by providing a detailed statement after each dental treatment or series of treatments that is suitable for filing with your insurance company. The statement of services includes the dental code printed next to the procedure which is needed for your insurance company to process the claim.
In the event the insurance company requests additional information or x-rays to process your dental claim, we will be happy to send them the information.
Third Party Financing
We understand that dental treatment can at times be costly and that everyone’s financial situation is different. In order to better serve our patients, we have arranged for a variety of payment options enabling you to receive the dental care you need.
These plans are set up with third party financing companies that are well known and reputable. Many of these plans have a variety of options ranging from no interest financing, to longer terms up to 60 months. With both of these financing companies you can go online and apply, and usually get your results within minutes.
